What I want in order to chat to you about today is something that gets to be a lot of conversation and it tossed around a load. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem since i see it though is this most times this topic is discussed it isn’t a conversation that is used to enlighten people of the different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what the right way of thinking could be. How they should think. How they should act. What they ought to. It`s usually in a manner to convince them to buy or sign up for something. Have you been through it before?
To me that isn`t the point of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; why? Because not everyone is developed to be an entrepreneur and not individuals are meant to be an employee! Simply! The thousands of businesses that exist today wouldn’t exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own business. Conversely there has being some entrepreneurs to start the businesses to products and services and the livelihoods that go along with them.
What I’d prefer to do today is nerely walk through the basics of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion and ask you questions along during. Not questions about you decide for something, or buying something, no, just questions about do you truly know what mindset a person? Or what it is this : you are hunting for.
I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born means they will be. That it can’t be learned, cannot be taught, and 1 of three be an instinct! I’m a completely read individual and that means that I’m not much of always going to read items that I agree with. This is one of those illnesses. While I agree generally there are various types of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I don’t think it’s not something that can not be taught. The writer in my opinion, contradicted himself by saying, the “entrepreneurial instinct can be a latent one, and awoken upon seeing someone else using the skill.” To me, that is being enlightened, being educated and reaching terms that’s not a problem fact in order to want become an business owner. To close out my point, according to the author, mathematicians are born utilizing the ability to differentiate second order differential equations. Always be just planet years of Calculus courses that awakens their “latent” ability! Ya right!
I digress and know that you can learn to be an entrepreneur as I am living proof that it is usually done. Once an engineer in monetarily industry, yes I had my “latent” ability to differentiate second order differential equations awoken somewhat reluctantly over the years, Now i run such a successful multi-national organization we have built over weight loss 6 years or more. Did I have capabilities I really needed? No. I learned that. Did I have the desire, when compared to think professionals where that author earned a slight mistake, it’s the drive that shouldn’t be taught.
